Deposit Required to Order

A 50% deposit of the total purchase price is required at the time the order is placed. Appliances will not be ordered, reserved, or scheduled until the deposit has been received.

Balance Due — Net 90 Days

The remaining 50% balance is due ninety (90) days from the date of order confirmation (the “Due Date”).

Storage

Edelman will store your appliances at no charge for up to twenty-four (24) months from the order date.

Delivery or Pickup of Appliances

To schedule delivery or authorize pickup of appliances, the outstanding balance must be paid in full.

If the balance has not been paid by the Due Date, Edelman may delay delivery scheduling, withhold release of appliances for pickup, and/or pause remaining services until the account is brought current.

Cancellations / Changes After Ordering

Once an appliance order has been placed, cancellations or changes may not be possible. If a cancellation is permitted by the manufacturer or vendor, the customer is responsible for any applicable restocking fees, freight charges, return fees, and administrative costs. The deposit may be applied to these costs and may be non-refundable to the extent such costs are incurred.

Delivery Access & Risk Acknowledgment

By proceeding, I acknowledge these conditions and authorize Edelman to move forward with the delivery and/or installation. Edelman will take reasonable care throughout the process, however, due to physical space limitations, minor incidental damage may occur despite best efforts. In the event that Edelman directly causes damage due to negligence, we will work with the customer in good faith to address and resolve the issue appropriately.
