Congratulations to Dimit Architects on their recent nomination for 2012 Building of the Year by American-Architects. Their 27 Coltman townhomes, located in Little Italy, were among only 50 projects nationally that were nominated for this esteemed award.
American-Architects is the premium network of outstanding architects, landscape architects, engineers, interior designers, lighting consultants, and architectural photographers. They carefully select architects according to criteria of professionalism, uniqueness, and quality of design.
27 Coltman “Eco-Loft” Townhomes were constructed by Abode Living in the heart of Little Italy neighborhood. The kitchen and bath products, provided by Edelman, feature brands such as Duravit, Grohe and Toto and appliances from Miele and Fisher Paykel. The homes also showcase a “green” roof terrace with trellis, insulated glass facades and locally produced and sustainable materials. The townhomes range from 1,676 sq. ft to 3,531 sq. ft. with an open, contemporary floor plan.
Dimit Architects and Abode Living are currently developing Eleven River townhouses in Rocky River, Clifton Point Luxury Ecohomes and Irish Cottages in Lakewood, Ohio. There are 2 remaining townhouses left at Eleven Rivers, and 7 out of the 17 townhouses left at Clifton Point Luxury Ecohomes. For more information please visit www.welcometoabode.com.
