Edelman has two Cleveland-area showrooms. The Westlake showroom is located at 975 Crocker Rd., Westlake, OH 44145. The Bedford Heights showroom is located at 26201 Richmond Rd., Bedford Heights, OH 44146.

Yes. Edelman serves both sides of the Cleveland area with a Westlake showroom on the west side and a Bedford Heights showroom on the east side. This makes it easier for homeowners and trade professionals across Northeast Ohio to visit a showroom close to their project.

The Westlake showroom is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and closed on weekends. The Bedford Heights showroom is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Thursday from 9:00am to 7:00pm, and closed on weekends. Please check current hours before visiting.

Yes. Edelman has parts counter hours Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:30pm. If you need a specific plumbing part, fixture part, or product support, contact the parts counter before visiting so the team can help confirm availability.

Eligible returns may be initiated within 30 days of purchase and must meet Edelman Home’s return requirements, including being resalable, uninstalled, free from defects or scratches, in original manufacturer packaging, and complete with all pieces. Some items, including clearance items, appliances, bathroom furniture, toilet seats, nonstock items, and showroom display sale items, are not returnable. Contact Edelman for the current return policy before purchasing or returning an item.
