KBIS 2015 Highlights & Winners
Posted by Daniel Edelman on
For the second year in a row, the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show and International Builders' Show (IBS) co-exhibited in Las Vegas for Design & Construction Week.
For over 50 years, KBIS, in conjunction with the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA), has given designers, builders, and other trade professionals an interactive space to preview the latest products, trends and technology.
Here are a few highlights from the show:
Aquabrass debuted their limited edition Kanvas Collection: three hand-painted freestanding tubs. Attendees were buzzing about the unique qualities of each design and loved the fact that each one is signed by the artist.
For a closer look at this collection, check out our recent blog post.

Brizo made quite the splash at KBIS this year, winning the Best of Kitchen Gold Award for their Articulating Faucet, a clever new approach to the classic pull-down. “The beauty of the articulating arm faucet is how well it can direct water where you need it; it can be positioned at various heights and angles to help make tasks simple and easy to maneuver,” said Celine Garland, Brizo product designer. The articulating arm will be incorporated into Brizo's Solna and Artesso kitchen collections.
Brizo's elaborate Rook display also grabbed attendees' attention--we are loving the faucet! Here are a few photos Brizo shared:
Rohl's Michael Berman Graceline Lavatory Faucet in satin gold took home the Best of KBIS Bath Silver Award. We are loving the excitement behind rose gold finishes lately (like Dornbracht's new Cyprum finish!), and Rohl's satin gold is another fresh take on the hue. This faucet was inspired by the luxury ocean liners of the 20s and 30s.
