Kitchen, Bath and More: Products We Love for 2018
Posted by Daniel Edelman on
Our professional sales staff are not only experts in their fields, they are also extremely passionate about the work they do. One important aspect of Edelman's culture is to stay abreast of the latest design trends for kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, hardware and more.
From industry shows, like The Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS), to trips overseas to learn more about our vendors firsthand, Edelman staff is always on on the lookout for the most innovative and exciting product releases.
To get a sense of what is making waves in the industry, we asked around our showrooms to find out which products should have our utmost attention for 2018.
Crosswater
"I am excited that Crosswater is teaming up with a metal/finishing company, so that you can customize your bath fixtures to the finish of your dreams and you will no longer be limited to standby finishes like chrome, polished nickel, satin nickel or oil rubbed bronze." – Maggie, Showroom Sales Consultant.
"Crosswater's new finishes and colors in their vanity selection is spectacular. I am most excited for navy – to be exact." – Kristina, Showroom Sales Consultant.
Arc
"A curbless tile shower using ARC's structural shower base would be the starting point for any bathroom remodel. It creates a sexy, sleek and functional bathroom." – Dan, Vice President.
Brizo
"I can't get enough of the Brizo Litze collection, especially the matte black and luxe gold combination. It goes so well in kitchens and bathrooms when the accents are simple and cleanly designed. Add in the industrial knurling detail and it's pure magic!" – Pam, Showroom Sales Consultant.
"The new Brizo Litze faucet collection with Teak accents and knurling detail is my favorite for a new contemporary look." – Andrew, Showroom Sales Consultant.
Thermador
"My favorite product launch is Thermador's new Custom-Panel Refrigerators and Freezers. The new features—open door assist and custom door bins—are fantastic! I love that the doors can be panel ready and made without pulls. Also, the bins give our clients custom options for storage depending on what they most often refrigerate." – Erik, Showroom Sales Consultant.
"I love the new Alton by Furniture Guild in granite walnut with satin brass trim that I recently helped a client select! But I am also looking forward to seeing the new Thermador refrigeration features." – Bradley, Showroom Sales Consultant.
Toto USA
"TOTO stole the show at KBIS 2018 with the launch of their new floatation bath. Give me a floating iPad and I am never leaving the tub!" – Anna, Sales Manager.
Dornbracht
"I love Dornbracht's growing lines of black, copper, rose gold and brass options that allow our clients to create more creative and cohesive designs." – Tim, Showroom Sales Consultant.
Blanco Empressa
"I am excited for the Blanco Empressa two handle bridge pull-out faucet. Currently, there isn't an option for a pull down faucet with two handles, so I think this will be a great addition to our product offering!" – Jessica, Showroom Sales Consultant.
Loewen and Kolbe Windows
"There are some impressive new products coming out in the window world. Loewen's new Accoya wood and Curtain wall systems, as well as Kolbe's new Forgent series, really take windows to another level." – Michelle, Showroom Sales Consultant.
The Galley
"I am excited about The Galley Workstation – the sink that does it all!" – Marianne, Showroom Sales Consultant.
